How Tabeer Foundation for Change collects, uses and protects your information.
Information we collect
When you donate, place a shop order, volunteer or contact us, we collect only the information needed to serve you: your name, phone number, email address, and (for shop orders) your delivery address. Bank transfers are made directly to our bank; we never see or store your online banking credentials.
How we use it
Your details are used to process your donation or order, issue receipts, share delivery updates, and respond to your messages. If you join our updates list, we may occasionally share news of our campaigns — you can opt out at any time.
What we never do
We never sell, rent or trade your personal information. We never share it with third parties except where required to complete your request (for example, a courier delivering your shop order) or where required by law.
Payment information
Card payments are processed by a secure third-party payment gateway; card numbers are not stored on our servers. Bank transfer donations go directly to our official account (Bank Al Falah, Title: Tabeer Foundation for Change).
Your rights
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to info@tabeerfoundation.org or messaging +92 302 0504375 on WhatsApp.
